Deliveries & Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order.

We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or any security seals broken.

Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.

Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from the Hair & Beauty Quarter ( and enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about.

When Returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we do not receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued.

Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.

If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.

If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on any dermalogica product returned, for any reason within a 30 day period if the dermalogica product has been recommended by one of our salon therpaist in our Sligo salon.

Before you return any your Dermalogica products to us please contact our salon on 071 9138123 and we will help you through a return of a product.

For products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon return of the original item.

In the rare incident that the wrong product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct product immediately or if the original product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item delivered in error.

Orders should be checked on receipt and any errors must be reported to within 5 days receiving your order for the issue to be rectified.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.
